Chris Allen started his career with the youth set-up at Swindon
Town. The midfielder progressed through the ranks and was involved
in the Swindon team that reached the Quarter-Finals of the FA
Youth Cup.
While his fellow youth players were being released, Allen was
kept on by then manager Paul Sturrock with a two year professional
contract. Allen's first team debut came in the Johnstone's Paint
Trophy.
His contract wasn't renewed at the end of the 08/09 season,
and he joined the Terras after his release. |
