Terras cannot afford to be complacent

IAN Hutchinson has warned against complacency ahead of this
evenings Zamaretto Premier Division clash against Swindon
Supermarine (7.45pm).
Weymouth put on a fantastic performance in Saturdays
0-0 draw at Halesowen Town but the Terras boss wants
his side to keep their feet on the ground and just concentrate
on reproducing the qualities that got them that result.
Hutchinson said: Looking at the bigger picture, we
cannot get too carried away by Saturdays result as it
is just one game.
However, there were very encouraging signs in terms
of the way the lads went about things.
Their passion and commitment was excellent and they
have set the bar in that respect.
I have always believed that if you work as hard as
possible you will eventually get rewards, and I always expect
110 per cent, and that is what the lads have given me so far.
Tonight I will expect the same and if they can keep
producing that level of determination and hard work I know
the fans will respond and get behind them.
It would be great to see a big crowd turn out and pay
their respects to Bob Lucas and cheer the boys on because
that is what our late club chairman would have wanted.
Swindon Supermarine lost their opening game of the season
3-1 at home to Hemel Hempstead Town, with former Terra Chris
Allen grabbing the Wiltshire outfits consolation.
Hutchinson added: Dave Kiteley went up and watched
them on Saturday and did a report for us, which we have looked
at and discussed.
Chris scored their goal and of course we know a lot
about him but first and foremost we like to concentrate on
what we do.
And if we play with the same endeavour as we did on
Saturday we wont go far wrong.
We have a clean bill of health throughout the squad
but I am still talking to people with a view to trying to
get a couple more bodies in.
Certain areas need strengthening and hopefully we will
be able to do that soon.
As ever we will continue to do what we believe is best
for the football club but I doubt there will be any new faces
in by tonight.
Hutchinson could therefore name an unchanged side from the
one that drew at Halesowen, with the majority of Terras
fans able to catch a first glimpse of recent new signings
Richard Groves (ex-Oxford United) and Warren Byerley (ex-Dorchester
Town).
